Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is looking for aProduction Excellence Leader to ensure safety and compliance across all production operations, while driving efficiency and meeting targets.

You will oversee TPM, Lean and NCE initiatives, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR and Supply Chain, and lead a team to deliver operational excellence and strong KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within FMCG or food & beverage industries.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a production environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.

Requirement
