Nestlé Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia is seeking a First Line Manager for our Operations team. You will lead frontline manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, while optimizing line performance and managing resources.

The role emphasizes people development, safety, and continuous improvement. You will drive line efficiency, collaborate across functions, and coach employees to meet production targets and KPIs, contributing to Nestlé's commitment to excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to food manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food & beverage.
Experience leading and developing teams in a production environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.
Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS and manufacturing KPIs.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
Drive line performance, resource optimization, and production targets.
Develop people capabilities and coach team members.
Support continuous improvement via NCE, TPM, Lean, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
