Job summary

Nestlé Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia, is seeking a First Line Manager to lead frontline manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and optimize line performance.

The role requires strong people leadership, experience in FMCG manufacturing, and solid knowledge of TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS, and KPIs. Excellent English communication is essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG or food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing teams in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production operations.
• Ensure achievement of production targets through planning and execution.
• Drive line efficiency, productivity, and asset optimization initiatives.
• Manage workforce performance, capability building, and coaching.
• Support continuous improvement through NCE, TPM, Lean, and problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain for operational excellence.
