Nestlé is seeking a First Line Manager for the Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production, while driving line performance, resource optimization and people development.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years’ manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG. Strong English and stakeholder management are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline related to food, chemical, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing teams in production environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across functions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS and manufacturing KPIs is desirable.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
