Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a First Line Manager for its Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, optimize line performance, manage resources, and develop people for continuous improvement.

We value a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably FMCG or food & beverage
• Experience leading and developing frontline teams in production
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental and food safety compliance across production operations
• Ensure achievement of production targets through planning and execution
• Drive line efficiency, productivity improvements and asset optimization
• Manage workforce performance, capability building and employee coaching
• Support continuous improvement initiatives via NCE, TPM, Lean and problem-solving methodologies
