Job summary

PT. Biwel Bali Property is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage bookings for padel courts, and handle payments with a secure cash drawer.

You will assist with membership information, upsell wellness and rental services, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining desk operations, accuracy in logs and reports, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred (guests/members check-in & check-out).
• Experience handling bookings via phone, WhatsApp, walk-in, and Playtomic.
• Cash handling and receipts with secure cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and check-in/check-out guests and members in a warm, professional, and efficient manner.
• Handle bookings and reservations for padel courts and related facilities, including via phone, WhatsApp, walk-in, and the Playtomic booking system.
• Process payments accurately (cash, EDC, QRIS/e-wallet) and issue receipts, keeping the cash drawer secure and reconciled at all times.
• Provide accurate information on membership packages, court rates, coaching schedules, and current promotions to guests and members.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating to the Front Desk Supervisor/Duty Manager when needed.
• Maintain the front desk area, equipment (EDC, POS, logbook), and racket/ball rental inventory in clean, organized, and functioning condition.
• Follow the daily/weekly opening and closing checklist, and complete the daily cash handover form and procedure at the end of shift.
• Coordinate with Coach, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security teams to ensure smooth daily operations and guest experience.
• Support membership registration, renewal, and upselling of wellness, coaching, and rental services in line with front desk sales targets.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and administrative records, and submit them on time as required by HR/Management.
• Comply with company SOPs, uniform/dress code, and security procedures at all times, including EDC/system shutdown and cash drawer locking at end of shift.
• Willing to work in the Ungasan area
