Job summary

Hilton, a premier hospitality brand, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a memorable guest experience at our Jakarta property. You will greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You will also promote hotel services, handle payments, and share local area knowledge to enhance guest stays. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or front office in hospitality.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of PMS and front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and complete check‑in/check‑out with accuracy.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and use POS system correctly.
• Provide hotel information and local knowledge to guests.
• Upsell hotel amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
