Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Technical Project Support (Freelance Part Time) to assist management and consultants in pre-sales, discovery calls, and product demos for prospects and clients, both on-site and online.

You will gather requirements, map processes, configure systems, develop test scenarios, support UAT, and help with migration, training and documentation. Must have IT background, Excel/Power BI/SQL skills, and ready to travel. NDA required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably with IT background.
• Experience in pre-sales and implementation of business applications/software.
• Highly proficient in Ms Excel and Process Mapping/Project Management tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL preferred.
• Willing to travel to client locations for on-site assignments.
• Highly disciplined, responsible, and punctual in executing agreed assignments.
• Professional demeanor and business attire in client interactions.
• Confident with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skill is a plus.
• Willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and maintain strict confidentiality of company, client and external data.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and support Management/Consultants in meetings, discovery calls, and product demos with prospects/customers/external stakeholders, both on-site and online.
• Gather and document business requirements (BRD).
• Create business process maps, swimlane, As-Is and To-Be Process flowcharts/BPMN using process mapping tools.
• Conduct workflow analysis and map customer needs to product features (fit-gap analysis).
• Configure systems according to requirements: organizational structure, roles & permissions, approval workflows, and notifications.
• Develop test scenarios/test cases, perform functional testing, prepare and support UAT until sign-off.
• Support and oversee migration, cut-over, go-live and hyper care processes; document issues/bugs for escalation.
• Create user documentation and provide training to customers/users.
• Collect, cleanse, process, validate, analyze data and documents and present in reports/dashboards.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects/customers/external parties; protect confidentiality of the customers and third party's data.
