Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to lead configuration, master data governance, and integration efforts across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will translate business requirements into system solutions, design workflows, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy enhancements and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, accounting, industrial eng, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with ERP systems including at least one full implementation or upgrade.
• Strong functional depth in at least one ERP module and know integration points.
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience managing external consultants or vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, setup, and master data governance for ERP modules in scope.
• Analyze requirements and translate into system solutions, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Design, test, and deploy enhancements, reports, and interfaces with technical resources.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional specs, and UAT for changes and releases.
• Coordinate with partners to manage implementation, scope, timeline, quality.
