Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Sales Support professional to manage client relationships, process orders, and coordinate operations in Bali. You will maintain CRM data, forecast inventory, and assist the sales team with proposals and reports.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or related areas and strong Excel/Sheets skills, with familiarity of ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite. This position is based on site in Bali.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, database/CRM administration, or sales support.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end client order lifecycles and cross-functional operational workflows.
• Experience with inventory forecasting and sales reporting using client historical data.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, trend analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory/fulfillment software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and manage the company's CRM system to ensure all client interactions, data, and account histories are accurately recorded.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of client orders, coordinating with finance and operations for accurate execution and timely delivery.
• Partner with the sales team to track order status and client commitments, and follow up on pending actions.
• Analyze historical client order data to forecast stock requirements and optimize inventory levels.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, sales contracts, and client presentations.
• Prepare sales administrative reports tracking account performance, inventory usage trends, and client data.
• Resolve client inquiries, billing discrepancies, and escalate bottlenecks when needed.
