Qualifications

• Experience in event organizing, community management, marketing, business development, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Well-connected within Bali's professional, business, expatriate, or local communities is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on.
• Confident communicating with different types of people.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work independently and manage project deadlines.
• Flexible working arrangement depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, networking sessions, community gatherings, and client activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with communities, partners, vendors, and event stakeholders.
• Source and coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, and other event requirements.
• Manage event invitations, registrations, schedules, and on-site coordination.
• Develop creative event concepts aligned with SSI's brand and target audience.
• Coordinate with SSI's internal team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Promote events through relevant community and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a database of attendees, communities, partners, and contacts.
• Follow up with attendees and potential business contacts after events.
• Collect event feedback and prepare simple post-event reports.
