Community & Partnership Associate

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Community & Partnership Associate to build and strengthen relationships with universities, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other external partners. In this role, you will drive partnership initiatives, expand sourcing channels, support employer branding activities, and organize recruitment-related events. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly mobile, and skilled in networking, stakeholder management, and fostering strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other strategic partners to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Proactively identify, develop, and manage new sourcing channels and partnership opportunities to meet hiring objectives, and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the company in external meetings, networking events, career fairs, campus engagement programs, and partnership discussions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and partnership-related events such as job fairs, career talks, workshops, community activities, and campus hiring programs.
- Demonstrate strong networking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills when engaging with external partners.
- Monitor partnership performance, recruitment activities, and sourcing effectiveness, while preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Highly energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in a high-mobility environment with frequent visits to partners, campuses, government offices, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Partnership, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, Business Development, External Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced with a high-mobility environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, or other sourcing tools is an advantage.
