Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Partnership, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, or related fields.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced high-mobility environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other partners.
• Identify and manage new sourcing channels and partnership opportunities to meet hiring objectives.
• Represent the company in external meetings, networking events, career fairs, campus programs, and partnership discussions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and partnership-related events.
• Demonstrate networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with external partners.
• Monitor partnership performance and recruitment activities; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Work with high mobility, visiting partners, campuses, and government offices regularly.
