Job summary

Elexart Event Planner & Organizer in Bali seeks an experienced Event Planner & Organizer to translate client briefs into creative event concepts. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Based in Bali with minimum 3 years in event planning, you will build strong client relationships, present proposals, negotiate with vendors, and drive successful events from concept through post-event review.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Organizer / Event Planning.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Creative, innovative, and able to develop strong event concepts.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and requirements.
• Develop event concepts and creative ideas based on client objectives and budget.
• Create attractive and creative proposal decks.
• Follow up and monitor proposal progress with clients.
• Plan events from concept to execution, including venue, rundown, activities, entertainment, decoration, and production needs.
• Coordinate with 2D, 3D, motion graphic designers, production teams, and other departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Monitor event preparation and execution.
• Handle problems during the event process and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and understand their branding and event needs.
