Job summary

PT Cosmax Indonesia seeks an experienced e-commerce operations specialist to optimize store performance across platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop. You will manage campaigns, monitor metrics, and drive growth while coordinating stock and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in e-commerce, familiarity with Shopee/TikTok Ads, and strong data analysis with English proficiency. Onsite work in Jakarta, with a standard weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree of Business Management, Marketing, or related major.
• Min. 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, particularly Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Familiarity with Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Able to analyse data to recognize trends.
• Speak English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve store performance, visibility, and sales growth.
• Monitor sales targets, platform performance, and key metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and digital advertising to increase traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, stock availability, and inventory management for online and offline stores.
• Analyse sales trends, campaign results, and platform performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain brand consistency across e-commerce platforms and enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage affiliates performance through e-commerce platform to maximize the promotion.
