Job summary

PT Rasa Jiwa Indonesia (Baker Old) seeks a seasoned Franchise Operations Director to lead the franchise outlet network, define operational strategies, and ensure brand standards are implemented across all locations. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and customer experience while coaching franchise partners and internal teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in franchise/retail operations with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills, plus willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in franchise/retail operations
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Experience managing outlet networks and partners at scale
• Strong understanding of SOPs and KPI monitoring
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational activities across the franchise outlet network
• Establish strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure SOPs and brand standards across outlets
• Develop and monitor KPIs for franchisees and teams
• Conduct outlet performance reviews and action plans
• Build relationships with franchisees and provide coaching
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Training
• Oversee new outlet openings (location readiness, staffing, equipment)
• Support franchisee selection, onboarding, development
• Ensure outlet compliance with franchise agreements and safety standards
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improvements
• Prepare operational reports and strategic recommendations
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Franchise Operations team
