Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in key account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience with franchise networks or proptech is a strong plus.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management, including C-level.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Lamudi's strategic partnerships with national real estate franchise networks.
• Develop account plans for each network, mapping offices and activity.
• Identify marketing solutions for franchise offices and drive ROI.
• Use data to build insights and proposals for clients.
• Lead business reviews with franchise leadership and offices.
• Design network-wide programs and drive adoption across offices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure a high-quality partnership experience.
• Monitor market trends to spot new opportunities.
