Job summary

Lamudi Indonesia is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Development Executive to drive growth by securing high-value B2B deals with property management firms, brokerages, and enterprise real estate players across Jakarta and beyond.

You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead negotiations with C-level executives, managing relationships to ensure long-term mutual success and measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales or Business Development, 5 years is beneficial.
• Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships and partnerships.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to corporate clients and strategic partners in Indonesia.
• Build partnerships with property management, real estate players, and B2B clients.
• Pitch value propositions clearly to corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Own the relationship post-signing and ensure joint business plans are executed.
• Maintain client satisfaction and service delivery throughout the partnership lifecycle.
