Lamudi is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Development Executive to drive growth by targeting corporate clients and strategic partners in Indonesia. You will build partnerships with property management companies, brokerages, and enterprise real estate players around Jakarta.

This role emphasizes identifying opportunities from scratch, closing high-value deals, and managing ongoing relationships. You will analyze market trends and performance data while negotiating mutually beneficial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Sales or Business Development; 5 years is beneficial.
• Experience with real estate, media/advertising, e-commerce, or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Build partnerships with property management and enterprise real estate players across Indonesia.
• Pitch value propositions and solutions to corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Own post-signing relationship management and ensure long-term satisfaction.
