Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an Evaluation Support Assistant to assist Fragrance Development Managers in evaluation and submission processes. The role is based at the Tanah Abang office and reports to the FDM in Jakarta.

You will handle evaluation tools, tool preparation, sample labelling, and inventory management while maintaining accurate data records. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years in fragrance industry are welcomed; proficiency in MS Office and SAP is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree required.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years fragrance industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong admin and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the FDMs in the evaluation session and preparing all the evaluation tools.
• Assist the FDMs in raising the application and oil request in the systems, for evaluation / submission / Consumer Insight.
• Prepare the submission samples, labelling and evaluation tools.
• Manage the inventory of evaluation tools.
• Be the admin and manage all related data.
• Organize expert panel sessions for fragrance evaluations.
