Job summary

Givaudan in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an energetic administrator to coordinate sample shipments, materials, and project administration for our Fine Fragrance Evaluators. You will support fragrance development projects and ensure smooth operations for partners and customers.

You will work with evaluators, perfumers, laboratories and regional affiliates, mastering prioritization and deadlines while providing essential admin and logistical support to keep fragrance projects on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in any major (Diploma or Bachelor's) required.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome.
• Experience in admin coordination, customer support, lab support, or project administration.
• Strong prioritization and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample shipments and materials from affiliates.
• Manage fragrance samples and evaluator materials.
• Support fragrance evaluation activities and testing coordination.

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to our Fine Fragrance Evaluators, ensuring seamless execution of customer projects and fragrance evaluations. Reporting directly to the Senior Fragrance Evaluator, you will working with evaluators, perfumers, laboratories, and regional affiliates, you will help support fragrance development activities and customer engagement. Your contribution will help ensure efficient project coordination and a smooth experience for all partners.

Your Role Includes

• Coordinate sample shipments, receiving materials from affiliates, and supporting project administration activities.
• Manage market products, fragrance samples, and evaluator materials to ensure accurate organization and availability.
• Support fragrance evaluation activities, including sample preparation, labeling, testing coordination, and promotional kit management.
• Collaborate with teams and affiliates to facilitate sample requests and fragrance project requirements.
• Support with customer visits, promotional activities, and internal or external fragrance events.
• Provide administrative and operational support to evaluators and perfumers to ensure business continuity and efficient workflow management.

Your Professional Profile Includes
