Job summary

Düllberg Konzentra GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Fragrance Evaluator to join its Jakarta-based team.

The role focuses on developing, validating and describing fragrances tailored to client needs, with direct collaboration with perfumers, sales, and marketing to align trunk briefs and market trends. Applicants should have at least two years in the fragrance industry and hold a university degree, plus strong computer skills and clear communication.

• University degree required.
• Proficiency in common computer applications.
• Competent olfactory ability and knowledge.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and validate fragrances based on customer needs.
• Manage briefs for category, country, region or customer under the Director APAC.
• Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrances that meet customer needs.
• Manage the fragrance collection and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends.
• Collaborate with perfumers to develop fragrance themes.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing on trend information and presentations.

Düllberg Konzentra is a manufacturer of essential oils, fragrance compounds and flavors and has successfully supplied customers around the world for more than 90 years. At our locations in Hamburg, Dubai and Jakarta, more than 150 employees develop, refine and produce fragrance compositions for a wide range of applications.

Fragrance Evaluator

Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia

What You Can Expect:

• Develop, create and validate fragrances based on a clear understanding of customer needs, preferences and requirements
• Take responsibility for briefs relating to a category, country, region or customer under the supervision of the Director APAC
• Contribute to winning briefs by selecting suitable fragrances that meet customer needs
• Manage the fragrance collection and ensure its alignment with business needs
• Write fragrance descriptions linked to marketing trends
• Start collaborating directly with perfumers to develop fragrance themes
• Work closely with Sales throughout the project process to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Collaborate with Marketing on trend information as well as internal and customer presentations

What You Bring:
