Job summary

Düllberg Konzentra GmbH & Co. KG in Indonesia seeks an Account Manager to strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new ones in Indonesia within Fine Fragrance, Fabric & Home Care, and Personal Care segments.

You will work with distributors to develop the market, prepare sales forecasts, and achieve targets, while collaborating with Marketing and Evaluation to create concepts, presentations and promotional activities for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, chemistry, fragrance-related studies or a comparable field.
• At least two years of professional experience in the fragrance industry in Indonesia.
• Experience in bazaar, retail or industrial fragrance markets.
• Strong understanding of fragrance trends and local market dynamics.
• Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Proactive, independent and goal-oriented approach; strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly; fluency in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers in Indonesia across fragrance segments.
• Identify new business opportunities in bazaar, retail and industrial fragrance markets.
• Work with distributors to develop the market, prepare sales forecasts and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Evaluation to create concepts, presentations and promotions for customers.
• Coordinate customer projects with R&D, Sales Support and other departments.
• Support the full sales process from opportunity identification to order execution.
• Monitor market developments and share insights with Marketing and internal teams.
• Represent the company in customer meetings and during business trips.

At our locations in Hamburg, Dubai and Jakarta, more than 150 employees develop, refine and produce fragrance compositions for a wide range of applications.

To strengthen our team in Indonesia, we are looking for an:

Account Manager

Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia

What You Can Expect:

• Develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers in Indonesia within the Fine Fragrance, Fabric & Home Care, and Personal Care segments
• Identify new business opportunities in the bazaar, retail and industrial fragrance markets
• Work closely with distributors to develop the market, prepare sales forecasts and achieve agreed sales targets
• Collaborate with Marketing and Evaluation to create suitable concepts, presentations and promotional activities for customers
• Coordinate customer projects with R&D, Sales Support and other departments
• Support the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to processing and executing customer and distributor orders
• Monitor market developments, customer needs and fragrance trends and share relevant insights with Marketing and other internal teams
• Represent Düllberg Konzentra professionally in customer meetings and during business trips
• Report directly to the Director APAC

What You Bring:

• A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, chemistry, fragrance-related studies or a comparable field
• At least two years of professional experience in the fragrance industry in Indonesia
• Experience in the bazaar, retail or industrial fragrance market
• A good understanding of fragrance trends, consumer preferences and local market dynamics
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• A proactive, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Very good written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is required
