Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking an FP&A professional to lead budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial planning. You will prepare annual and quarterly budgets, analyze revenue and costs across auto loan products and dealer channels, and build KPI dashboards for management decision-making.

The role requires 1+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Indonesian with English ability for HQ coordination. Office-based position in Jakarta with potential overtime during close periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• 1+ years of FP&A, forecasting, and budget management experience in Indonesian auto finance, consumer finance, or financial leasing; overseas reporting with Chinese companies is a plus.
• Proficient in Indonesian (read/write); basic English for coordinating with HQ reports.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Indonesian asset provision rules and leasing interest calculation is a plus.
• Strong logical analysis skills; ability to translate data into business insights; excellent cross-departmental communication.
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive data including operating profits, costs, and channel profitability; no data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Budget Management: oversee annual and quarterly budgets for all departments; track monthly execution and variance analysis.
• Business & Profitability Analysis: analyze revenue, costs and losses for auto loan products, dealer channels, and subsidies; provide optimization recommendations.
• Asset Quality Financial Analysis: monitor overdue assets and bad debt provisions; support risk control and post-loan optimization.
• Dashboard & Reporting: build KPI dashboards and monthly analysis reports reflecting revenue, expenses, margins and key metrics.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: perform ex-ante analyses for new projects and campaigns; prepare cash flow forecasts and assist liquidity planning.
