• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Develop, monitor, and refine annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Develop and update cash flow projections to manage liquidity.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with departments to gather and interpret financial data.
• Perform cost analysis and implement cost-control measures.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for projects and investments.
• Assess financial impact of proposed initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Develop cost management strategies to improve profitability.
• Support preparation of investor presentations and board reports.
• Stay current with industry trends and financial best practices.
