Job summary

Grab is seeking a Finance professional to lead forecasting and budgeting for the Business Vertical in Jakarta. You will coordinate input from multiple divisions, build financial models, and deliver the final budget and forecast. As a finance partner, you will analyze revenues and costs, evaluate programs, and present insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Oracle, EPM, SQL, or Power BI.
• Experience in multinational companies, tech consulting, or startups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting process, coordinating input from multiple divisions.
• Build financial models and templates; ensure delivery of budget and forecast.
• Manage reporting and follow-up analysis to track performance.
• Drive profitability and growth by analyzing revenues and costs.
• Present comprehensive financial reports and insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business activities.
• Support month-end close and maintain data quality.
