Grab in Jakarta is seeking an Associate for FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable business plans and performance insights.

The role focuses on monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and dashboard reporting, with on-site presence in Jakarta and partnership across FP&A, regional operations, and country finance teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of FP&A, finance, strategy or business analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of P&L and financial metrics.
• Experience in financial modelling and analysis.
• Excel proficiency; SQL/Python advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to monthly forecasts and annual business plans with input consolidation.
• Monitor budget consumption and identify variances requiring action.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards visualising key financial metrics.
• Track financial targets and present findings for strategic reviews.
• Document dashboard methodologies for knowledge sharing within the team.
