Job summary

PT SGMW MOTOR INDONESIA (Wuling Motors) is seeking a Financial Planning & Budgeting and Budget Control Supervisor in Bekasi, Indonesia. The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A or cost control, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills.

This position reports to the HR Department and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have automotive or manufacturing experience, excellent analytical abilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, Budget Control, or Cost Control experience.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookup, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare and monitor annual budget and forecasts.
• Analyze budget vs actual performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support accruals management and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in financial planning and business performance analysis.
• Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor and control operational costs; conduct cost analyses for optimization.
• Support cost tracking for manufacturing activities and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular financial reports and support audit processes; ensure data accuracy.
• System & Data Management: Use SAP for financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis; maintain Excel-based analyses.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budget planning and cost control, providing financial insights.
