Job summary

Grab is seeking an FP&A and forecasting professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will coordinate input from multiple divisions, build templates, and ensure delivery of the final budget and forecast with key partners.

The role focuses on profitability analysis and growth, reporting to the Manager and based onsite in Jakarta. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive value through analytical recommendations and robust

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience minimum 3+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Oracle, EPM, SQL or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor actual financial results against budgets and forecasts; analyse variances and inform adjustments.
• Serve as finance partner to business teams across departments.
• Communicate financial and operational impact of changes in business logic.
• Contribute to month-end closing by desktop review to improve data quality.
• Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and their impact on performance.
• Present comprehensive financial reports and insights to management.
