The role emphasizes building financial models, delivering executive reports, and guiding pricing initiatives while maintaining control over cash flow and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly planning processes.
• Develop rolling forecasts and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Identify potential cash flow risks and mitigate.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for business performance tracking.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and other key metrics.
• Partner with business leaders during budgeting and planning cycles.
• Perform pricing analysis and evaluate commercial initiatives.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic projects.
