Job summary

PT LPS Indonesia is seeking a PIC to support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of work permit applications. The role provides guidance on working permits to help meet business objectives and profitability.

Key duties include receiving orders from clients, verifying required documents, advising on Work Permit & Visa matters, maintaining records of expatriate permits, and generating timely reports such as RPTKA, IMTA, and ITAS. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Academy or S1 in Management or social science.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with working permit procedures (RPTKA, IMTA, ITAS).
• Good command of English and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, submission, and follow-up of work permit applications.
• Advise clients regarding Work Permits and Visas when needed.
• Receive orders from clients and check documents before sharing.
• Follow up and update clients on status.
• Manage and monitor database of expatriate permits and visas.
• Provide timely reports such as RPTKA, IMTA, ITAS/Dahsuskimo.

Job description

The PIC (Person In Charge) assists in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of work permit applications. The role provides advice and support in the area of working permits in order to achieve business objectives and company profitability.

Key responsibilities

Receive orders from clients

Check documents required before sharing to relevant immigration/manpower laws

Advise clients in relation to Work Permit & Visa if needed

Follow up and update clients

Check result details before sharing to clients

Ensure all processes have SWO / email request from client

Manage and monitor database of existing expatriate Working Permit, Stay Permit, Visa and other formalities items

Provide reports in timely manner such as RPTKA, IMTA and ITAS / Dahsuskimo

Update and inform clients about new regulations based on need

Keep original documents such as passport & important documents properly and safe

Education & Experience

Minimum Academy or S1 from Management or social science

Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the same position

Familiar with working permit procedure and regulations such as RPTKA, IMTA, ITAS & Dahsuskim

Reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Good proficiency in English
