Job summary

PT Energy Logistics is seeking an experienced and proactive leader to manage the Export-Import Customer Service team in South Jakarta. You will coordinate with management, customers, shipping lines, and authorities to ensure timely import/export shipments and compliant documentation.

The role requires 7+ years in export-import CS, familiarity with CEISA 4.0 and PPJK operations, and strong leadership to mentor the team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, trade, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in export-import customer service, customs clearance or PPJK.
• Minimum 3 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
• Experience with CEISA 4.0 and related customs systems.
• PPJK certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export-Import Customer Service team for daily operations.
• Coordinate with management, customers, shipping lines, customs, and internal departments.
• Oversee end-to-end export/import documentation and compliance.
• Prepare and review PIB, PEB and other docs via CEISA 4.0 and related systems.
• Monitor documentation through PPJK portal and customs systems.
• Coordinate clearance activities and resolve issues at ports and airports.
• Ensure accurate HS codes and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate shipment progress and updates to customers.
• Handle inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports and mentor the CS team.

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage and lead the Customer Service Export-Import team to ensure smooth day-today operations.
• Coordinate with management, customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of import and export shipments
• Manage end-to-end export and import documentation processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations and company procedures
• Prepare, review, and submit customs documents including PIB, PEB, and other import/export documentation through CEISA 4.0 and other related customs systems.
• Monitor and manage documentation through the Portal Pengguna Jasa (PPJK Portal) and Customs systems.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and resolve operational issues related to customs, ports, and airports.
• Ensure accurate HS Code classification and compliance with applicable customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service team members to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Export-Import Customer Service, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or team leader role.
• Experience using CEISA 4.0 and customs documentation systems is required.
• PPJK Certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to ports, airports, and customs offices when operationally required.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.
