Job summary

PT Oriental Logistics Indonesia mencari profesional berpengalaman untuk peran terkait kepabeanan dan logistik di Jakarta Utara. Anda akan menangani proses clearance, pengaturan dokumen PIB/PEB, serta koordinasi operasional ekspor-impor.

Posisi ini menuntut pemahaman mendalam kepabeanan, minimal 5 tahun pengalaman, dan latar belakang di logistik/Rantai Pasokan. Bergabunglah dengan tim kami untuk layanan pengiriman yang handal dan dukungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa saja, lebih disukai Manajemen Transportasi.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang terkait.
• Latar belakang di Logistik/Rantai Pasokan atau setara.
• Sertifikat PPJK Kepabeanan diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Keuangan menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman menangani proses kepabeanan.

Responsibilities

• Memahami manajemen operasional pengiriman barang.
• Memahami PEB dan PIB.
• Melakukan operasi kepabeanan (impor/ekspor laut/udara).
• Mengelola semua urusan terkait pengiriman.
• Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas operasional ekspor-impor harian.
• Mengoperasikan berbagai modul terkait proses Ekspor-Impor.
• Memimpin dan berkolaborasi dengan tim dalam proses kepabeanan dan logistik.
• Mempersiapkan perhitungan PEB dan PIB serta mencari HS codes.
• Memelihara hubungan dengan penerima terkait dokumen tidak lengkap.
• Mengelola tim operasional di lapangan.
• Mengawasi truk pengiriman.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Transportation Management

Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field

Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

Have a PPJK Customs Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance is a plus

Experience in handling customs clearance processes

Proficient in PIB, NIB documentation, and end-to-end export-import management

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Understand operational management of goods shipping

Understand PEB and PIB

Perform customs clearance operations (import & export sea/air)

Manage all matters related to shipping

Responsible for daily export-import operational activities

Operate various modules related to the Export-Import process

Lead and collaborate with the team on customs and logistics processes

Prepare PEB and PIB calculations and search for HS codes

Maintain relationships with recipients regarding incomplete or missing documents

Manage field operation team
