Job summary

Unilever Indonesia is seeking a Deputy Customer Operations & Planning Manager to lead end-to-end commercial planning and execution for Foods across Java region GT, MT, RTM and HSM channels. You will drive sales growth through channel strategy, promotions, and S&OP alignment, partnering with Category Leads to translate plans into marketplace results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Proven experience managing DT and RTM operations.
• Solid understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end channel and category plans to deliver targets across GT, MT, RTM and HSM.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
• Monitor promotion effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive performance management of customer teams to meet monthly and half-year targets.
• Represent customer and channel needs in the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Category Leads to align category strategy with channel execution.
