Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, including AASM/AAM/CSP roles.
• Proven experience managing DT and RTM operations.
• Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
• Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
• Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across channels and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive performance management of customer teams to meet monthly and half-year targets.
• Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process and coordinate with Category Leads.
