Job summary

Unilever seeks a Deputy Customer Operations & Planning Manager - Java & RTM (Foods) to lead end-to-end commercial planning and execution for Foods across Java regions. You will drive channel strategies, promotions, and TTS investments while monitoring performance and leading customer teams to deliver targets.

The role involves close collaboration with Category Leads to translate category strategy into strong marketplace execution and to represent customer needs in S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Proven experience managing DT and RTM operations.
• Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial planning and execution for Foods across Java region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM channels.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through channel strategy execution and promotion planning.
• Manage TTS investment, monitor promotion effectiveness and track performance.
• Lead customer teams and represent channel needs in the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Category Leads to align category strategy with channel execution.
