Job summary

CV Amagi Villa Utama is seeking a Quality Control (QC) professional to inspect raw materials such as flour, butter, and sugar, and monitor production stages from mixing to cooling. You will conduct organoleptic and moisture tests, collect samples, and document results in QC reports to ensure safety and quality throughout the process.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, at least 1 year of QC experience in food, knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and a readiness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related food science field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials (flour, butter, sugar, etc.) for quality against specs.
• Monitor mixing, moulding, baking, and cooling processes for compliance.
• Perform organoleptic tests and moisture/weight checks.
• Collect batch samples and record QC results.
• Ensure hygiene, GMP/HACCP compliance in production areas.
• Identify rejected products and report causes.
• Calibrate measuring equipment and maintain instruments.
• Support audits (BPOM, Halal, HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Prepare daily and weekly QC reports for supervisor.
