Job summary

PT Nusantara Pasifik Capitalindo is seeking a Quality Control professional to conduct QC inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products at our Central Kitchen. You will ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and HACCP standards, and maintain records of inspection results.

Monitor production processes to ensure SOPs and quality standards are met; coordinate with Production and other departments to follow up on quality issues and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and discipline.
• Ability to identify quality issues accurately through inspection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination with teams.
• Experience with documentation and reporting QC results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Ensure food products meet established quality, safety, hygiene, and handling standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform routine checks on product quality, appearance, taste, temperature, weight, and packaging.
• Identify and report quality issues, deviations, or non-conformities during production.
• Conduct sampling and documentation of QC inspection results.
• Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards in Central Kitchen are followed.
• Coordinate with Production and related departments to address quality issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food quality and safety.
