Job summary

Citra Marindo seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead daily restaurant and bar operations and ensure service standards, cost control, and profitability. You will oversee teams, drive sales, and implement robust operating procedures across pre-opening and ongoing activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field, 3–5 years in F&B with at least 2 years in a managerial role, and proven capability in budgeting, inventory, POS systems, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in managing restaurant, bar, or other F&B operations.
• Experience in F&B pre-opening is an advantage.

PT Citra Marindo, part of CSS Group, is currently supporting the recruitment process on behalf of one of its sister companies, which is preparing to establish a new Bar & Restaurant business. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to lead and oversee the overall Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent service quality and efficient business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and developing the team, maintaining service standards, controlling operational costs, and driving sales performance and profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid F&B industry experience, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while achieving business objectives.
