Sunda in Bingin, a 100-seat Southeast Asian restaurant, seeks an experienced FOH manager to craft a seamless service experience that brings the Sundaland story to life. You will lead a team across host, service, and bar to deliver hospitality of the highest standard.

Based in Bali, you will partner with BOH, drive daily operations, and manage KPIs while ensuring guest satisfaction during a busy dinner service.

Formación

• 5+ years FOH management experience.
• Must be based in Bali.
• Must have experience with fine dining or elevated casual service.
• Proven track record leading and training hospitality teams.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic financial management.
• You care what you are serving and how guests experience it.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service culture.
• Hire, train, and develop FOH team (host, server, bartender). Set standards for hospitality and attention; model care.
• Manage daily operations: opening/closing, staffing, table management, guest flow; handle issues in the moment.
• Service delivery: ensure smooth pacing, accuracy, and attention; build scalable systems for busy dinner service.
• Collaborate with kitchen: work with BOH to support food and beverage delivery; communicate kitchen needs to service team.
• Bar and beverage: oversee bar operations, cocktail service, wine/spirits knowledge across the team.
• Reporting and systems: track KPIs, manage POS, reconcile service charge and cash; provide weekly updates to Group Operations Manager.
