Responsibilities

• Lead service culture: hire, train and develop FOH team; set standards.
• Manage daily operations: opening/closing, scheduling, guest flow.
• Ensure service delivery: pacing, accuracy, attention to detail.
• Collaborate with kitchen to support food and beverage delivery.
• Oversee bar operations, cocktail service and beverage knowledge.
• Track KPIs, manage POS and cash; provide weekly updates.
