Our client is a boutique hospitality group located in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali, operating an exclusive clifftop villa and dining concept overlooking the ocean. They are seeking an aggressive, dynamic, and hands-on Assistant Venue Manager with strong career progression who is ready to lead venue operations independently and step up into the Venue Manager role in the future.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Venue Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (AFBM), or similar operational leadership role within high-volume venues, premium restaurants, or lifestyle beach clubs.
• Track record of rapid career progression (promotions within the same or across different companies).
• Background in high-volume, fast-paced operations; previous international exposure in tier-1 markets such as Singapore or Dubai is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, guest engagement skills, and a passion for floor presence.
• Natural leader capable of driving company culture, inspiring team growth, and stepping up to manage the venue independently.
• Open to all nationalities.
• Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to expatriate candidates with aminimum of1 year ofwork in Bali.
• Passion for surfing or connection to the surfing community is a strong plus to engage with the venue's core clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless guest service, operational flow, and high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Actively engage with guests, building strong community relationships, and acting as a key brand ambassador on the floor.
• Drive team performance, culture, and training, cultivating leadership capabilities to prepare for succession into the Venue Manager role.
• Lead daily service execution, manage labor productivity, and ensure floor staff maintain guest-first hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with the management team on revenue strategies, floor efficiency, marketing activations, and operational cost controls.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, resolving customer feedback quickly and ensuring memorable dining/lifestyle experiences.
• Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to streamline floor-to-back-of-house communication and overall service delivery.
