Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to oversee hospital/clinic facilities, safety, and general affairs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in facility management, preferably in healthcare settings.
You will ensure compliance with KARS standards and manage vendor performance, budgets, and safety programs. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, and maintain accreditation readiness while prioritizing operational reliability
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Management, Hospital Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, Building Management, or related roles, preferably in a hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, hotel, or other service industry.
Good understanding of KARS (Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit) standards, particularly those related to Facility Management and Safety (FMS).
Understanding of hospital/clinic accreditation requirements, facility safety, utility management, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
Strong understanding of facility management, building maintenance, utilities, safety, security, housekeeping, and general affairs operations.
Experienced in managing building facilities, medical and non-medical equipment, preventive maintenance, and vendor/contractor management.
Familiar with SOP development, facility inspections, maintenance schedules, asset management, and documentation required for accreditation.
Have a good understanding of K3 (Occupational Health & Safety), fire safety, emergency response, disaster preparedness, and building safety standards.
Able to manage and monitor operational budgets, procurement, maintenance costs, and vendor performance.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and handle operational issues effectively.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to be based in Sanur, Bali.
Previous experience in a hospital or clinic environment and involvement in KARS/accreditation preparation or survey will be highly preferred.
