Job summary

The Solitaire Bali mencari Kepala Perawat berpengalaman untuk memimpin tim keperawatan di fasilitas kami. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan manajemen bangsal, kepatuhan pada standar asuhan, serta koordinasi efektif dengan dokter dan departemen lain; Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan rencana tenaga, penjadwalan, pengawasan kinerja, serta pengembangan tim.

Kandidat harus memiliki gelar Sarjana Keperawatan dan STR aktif, serta minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Head Nurse atau Nurse Manager,

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana Keperawatan dan STR aktif.
• Sertifikasi Ward Management diutamakan.
• Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Head Nurse/Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin, mengelola, membimbing, dan mengevaluasi tim perawat.
• Merencanakan tenaga kerja, penjadwalan, alokasi tugas, dan evaluasi kinerja.
• Berkolaborasi dengan dokter, manajemen, dan departemen lain untuk layanan prima.

Professional Nurse (Ners)

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) and Professional Nurse (Ners).

Possess a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR) and relevant professional certifications.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Nurse / Nurse Manager, preferably in a hospital, clinic, medical aesthetic clinic, or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of ward management (Ward Management) and possess a Ward Management certification.

Strong understanding of nursing service standards, patient safety, infection prevention and control (IPC/PPI), and clinical SOPs.

Good understanding of healthcare accreditation standards, particularly KARS, is highly preferred.

Proven ability to lead, manage, supervise, and evaluate nursing teams.

Experienced in manpower planning, staff scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with doctors, management, and other departments.

Patient-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety, service excellence, and customer experience.

Professional grooming and communication skills and able to serve as a role model for the nursing team.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Willing to be based in Sanur, Bali.
