Blibli's FAS (Fulfilment At Speed) team in Makassar is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a field team in the FMCG distribution business. You will supervise sales representatives, ensure product availability, and drive area targets through strategic planning, promotions, and merchandising while building strong retailer and wholesaler partnerships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven insights to optimize routes and stock levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years in FMCG sales or distribution with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales targets.
• Ensure proper distribution and product availability across assigned outlets.
• Develop and execute area sales plans, including promotions and merchandising.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
• Track and report sales performance, stock levels, and route effectiveness.
• Resolve delivery delays, stock shortages, and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards.
