Job summary

Blibli Group is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring distribution coverage and driving area sales targets across assigned outlets.

You will develop area plans, manage promotions, build retailer relationships, monitor trends, and report performance while resolving delivery and stock issues. This is a full-time role starting with a 6-month evaluation in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years in FMCG sales or distribution; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities
