Blibli's FAS (Fulfilment At Speed) team in Makassar is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a field team in the FMCG distribution business. You will supervise sales representatives, ensure product availability, and drive area targets through strategic planning, promotions, and merchandising while building strong retailer and wholesaler partnerships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven insights to optimize routes and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years in FMCG sales or distribution with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales targets.

As Sales Supervisor (Makassar) under our offline distribution unit, you will oversee and drive sales performance within a designated area for our FMCG distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution towards our MT and GT partners. The Sales Supervisor will act as the key link between the company and the market, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize market share.
