Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Bandung area to lead a team of sales representatives, ensure product availability, and drive sales targets within our FMCG distribution business. You will build strong retailer and wholesaler relationships, plan promotions, and monitor market trends to maximize share.

The role emphasizes leadership, target attainment, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with the position starting as a 6-month contract for a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–4 years in FMCG sales or distribution, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales targets.
• Ensure proper distribution and product availability across assigned outlets.
• Develop and execute area sales plans, including promotions and merchandising activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Track and report sales performance, stock levels, and route effectiveness.
• Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, stock shortages, and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards.
