Job summary

You will train and coach the SALES FORCE, ensure SOP compliance, and support the team in achieving targets, with emphasis on customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in beverage or FMCG.
• Focused on customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Placement in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and optimize sales force productivity deployment across assigned areas.
• Measure and improve sales force productivity on a monthly basis.
• Develop and regularly update effective sales routes or sales journey plans (monthly/quarterly).
• Facilitate and support SALES FORCE in achieving assigned objectives.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance across all exclusive sales force activities.
• Coach and develop SALES FORCE team to improve performance.
• Plan and execute sales training programs.
• Manage and control SFA execution and dashboard.
