Job summary

goldenagri in Makassar seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead collaboration with area sales teams, optimize productivity across territories, and monthly measure improvements. The role focuses on aligning field execution with company goals and developing effective sales routes and journeys.

You will train and coach the SALES FORCE, ensure SOP compliance, and support the team in achieving targets, with emphasis on customer service and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor in beverage or FMCG.
• Focused on customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Placement in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.

Responsibilities
